The Basalt Education Foundation got a new WordPress website this week. The Basalt Education Foundation hosts two annual fundraisers, the Taste of Basalt and the Roaring Fork Charity Classic golf tournament.
Through generous corporate and community donations, The BEF work directly with teachers and administrators to help the local elementary, middle and high schools deliver innovative, creative programming and experiences for every student.
In the past decade, BEF has contributed nearly $400,000 to the Basalt schools to support outdoor education, technology, literacy, hands-on science, art, music, and many other relevant and enriching programs for students.
Their new website supports a blog and news area as well as online donation functionality via PayPal.
